Tammy Hadfield, MSN, WHNP-BC has been providing medical care to women since 1990. She began her career as an Associate’s Degree prepared Registered Nurse at the early age of 19 at the University of Utah Medical Center. Becoming a new mother herself, she quickly found a passion in caring for mothers, babies and their families while working in high risk obstetrics. She loved the University Hospital setting and became a charge nurse within her first year at the hospital. Her strong passion to care for women also lead her to become a rape and domestic violence victim’s advocate.

Letter To All Patients

Tammy Hadfield announces her departure from Embrace Wellness after 15 years of solo practice, citing the challenges of insurance and staffing. She will be joining Functional Medicine of Idaho, beginning June 10, 2024, at their Meridian and Eagle locations, to continue providing patient care with expanded offerings. Tammy invites her patients to follow her to her new location, assures a smooth transition, and provides details for appointment scheduling and medical records transfer. Her last day at Embrace Wellness will be May 30, 2024.
